ACREST’s benefits program addresses both the immediate and long-term needs for our employees and their families to the top construction companies in Delhi. The Benefits are effective on date of hire. Employees must be non-union and full-time to participate; part-time employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage. The following is a summary of what ACREST offers:
ACREST Construction offers you four medical plan options: the Cigna Network plan, the Cigna Open Access Plus plan, the Cigna High Deductible Health Plan with Health Savings Account and the Kaiser Permanente plan (CA employees only).
Life Insurance and AD&D Coverage
ACREST Construction provides employees with a Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance benefit which are required to all the building construction companies in Delhi NCR. The basic life benefit ranges from 2 to 3 times your annual salary, with a maximum benefit of $500,000, based on years of service with ACREST. In addition, employees may elect optional life insurance benefits up to 4 times their annual salary with a maximum benefit of $750,000 for employees and up to $100,000 for spouses and domestic partners. A flat $10,000 benefit can be elected for each child.
Business Travel Accident Insurance
While traveling for ACREST on company business, ACREST provides all full-time employees Business Travel Accident Insurance. The plan pays two times your annual salary up to $500,000.
An employee who becomes disabled due to pregnancy, injury or illness, may be eligible for up to six weeks of paid short-term disability. This benefit is provided with receipt of medical certification and determination of a qualified disability. California employees are required to file for California state disability to subsidize the ACREST-paid disability benefit.
ACREST provides employees with Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage equal to 60% of your base earnings, with a maximum monthly benefit of $12,000. LTD benefits begin after a 90-day elimination period.
Critical Illness Insurance
Critical Illness Insurance from MetLife helps bridge the gap left by medical and disability insurance by providing funds for additional out-of-pocket expenses. The program pays $15,000 for the initial diagnosis of conditions such as heart attack, stroke, cancer, kidney failure or major organ transplant.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a resource for ACREST employees and their families to improve and maintain their physical and emotional well-being through professional counselling.
Grand Rounds is a valuable resource available to connect ACREST employees with the world’s leading medical experts to provide second opinions for a new or changed diagnosis, referrals to the top physicians or specialists in your network and provide immediate support if hospitalized.
Because adopting a child usually requires a significant amount of time and money, ACREST offers an adoption assistance benefit. This program provides financial reimbursement up to a maximum of $5,000 per child.
ACREST’s Educational Assistance provides financial support to employees who want to further their education and enhance their skills. Reimbursement of up to $5,000 per calendar year is available to cover tuition costs (including books), and professional license fees. To be eligible, employees must work for ACREST a minimum of one year. In order to receive reimbursement, the courses or training taken must be completed and must be in a field related to your work at ACREST.
